Quick Tip

Skip Input Normalization

Laravel automatically trims all incoming string fields on the request. It's called Input Normalization.

Sometimes, you might not want this behavior.

You can use skipWhen method on the TrimStrings middleware and return true to skip it.

public function boot()
{
TrimStrings::skipWhen(function ($request) {
return $request->is('admin/*);
});
}
