To be honest, it's constantly changing, with every project.
Hey @Goodechilde I've updated the rules (not too much, just restructure, removed a few points and added return types point) also mentioning that those guidelines can be used in multiple IDEs. Same link: My Cursor Rules and AI Guidelines for Laravel Projects
But I will probably have more updates as I'm working on a demo project testing Junie by PhpStorm now, so check that article again in a week or two.

I’m wodering if the risks of letting Claude make coding decisions can be mitigated through the use of git branching and using rollbacks as the failsafe option?

Yes, good point, it's a very good practice to use git with AI to have a rollback option.
