to_route() helper function

Laravel 9 provides shorter version of redirect()->route(), take a look on the following code:

// Old way
Route::get('redirectRoute', function() {
    return redirect()->route('home');
});
 
// Post Laravel 9
Route::get('redirectRoute', function() {
    return to_route('home');
});

This helper work in the same way as redirect()->route('home'), but it is more concise than an old way.
