Can you do things like put the panel navigation in a header instead of sidebar, or move the sidebar from the left to the right and use it for other types of widgets?
I am thinking of a header rather than the topbar. The topbar is not really part of a panel page, but rather it spans the whole app (and remains fixed at the top of the screen). My page (panel) would have a header under that and I would like to have the "topNavigation" placed there.
