i can buy theme from themeforrest and integrate with laravel breeze and tailwind or i have from the start use the theme i have buy from themeforrest ?
If you buy the theme, you then continue working with THAT theme, not with Breeze theme. Depends on the theme, some of them are easier to integrate manually, some are harder.
I have this tutorial about Bootstrap theme: Convert Bootstrap Theme into Laravel Project: Step-by-Step
WoW this is what i need really , thank you if the theme is Bootstrap can i work with viewJs 3 normally? for SPA project
In theory, yes, but usually themes come with some JavaScript already - so that may be in conflict with your Vue code.
Any theme, from my experience, needs at least some manual work, to make it work with your custom code.
