Time value in the past/future

If you want to have some time value in the past/future, you can build it by chaining various Laravel/Carbon helpers, like now()->[add or subtract something]->setTime()

$product = Product::factory()->create([
'published_at' => now()->addDay()->setTime(14, 00),
]);
